“Beer is proof God loves us and wants us to be happy.”
-Benjamin Franklin
It all started in a kitchen in Joplin Missouri in 2011, with an extract brewed Pale Ale. I had no idea what I was doing or what it would become. It moved to a garage outside of Fort Riley Kansas with an all grain brewing starter kit, my buddies, and my little brother to taste test along the way. Then to another garage at Fort Polk Louisiana. After moving home to Harrisonville I took a long break from brewing. But I realized my town had something missing that I could provide. In the summer of 2023 I bought some upgraded gear and introduced my bride-to-be to brewing. Yet again in a garage. Two years later we have a building and a dream. We are starting small and plan to grow. I still don’t know what I’m doing but here are some pictures of my beers through the years.
